I had a great experience with Coastal Custom Mortgage. I started working with Whit on preapproval long before I found the house on which I wanted to make an offer. He was very thorough, and as a result our closing went ahead, on time, without any surprises or difficulties. Having gone through the house-buying process a few times before, I am aware of how exceptional an experience this was. I am happy to be able to highly recommend this company!

I can’t say enough good things about the entire Coastal Custom Team! They were referred to us by our realtor, Jill Sapp, who is a masterpiece herself! From my initial contact with Stephanie, Nikkie and Alisha, I felt extremely comfortable. They went out of their way to check on us, and make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions, putting us at total ease. From pre-approval to closing, the process was very well thought out, informative and easy to follow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great people providing an extremely valuable service.
