I have an old very large house in Savannah historic area, Approx 7800 Sf and 4 story. I had such trouble finding a contractor who was even willing to work on the house. The roof needed some repair along with alot of other deferred projects such as windows, and some wood rot in various areas.Charlie really came thru for me, he did the Glazing on many windows which were in need, Roof repairs were made and ive been trouble free since. He painted the entire deck area and did wood rot repair as well.What a difference, it looks so much better and i couldnt say enough good things Charlie is a really great guy also, just so much knowledge and experience and he is trustworthy...read full review

Charlie and the staff at The House Doctor did a fantastic demolition and renovation of our kitchen and master bath, including removal of a load bearing wall. The sub contractors were excellent and helped us make every decision. Everyone was respectful of our home, polite and friendly. No renovation project will ever go perfectly due to unexpected problems and unknown hurdles, ours included. Charlie was on site and explained our alternatives and costs so we could make the best decisions. Charlie kept the project moving along at a good pace and had the right subs on site at all times.
