I don't understand why they lack professional ethics. They don't give you any information and are very rude when answering questions. There was a grumpy-looking woman there, and the pregnant girl who was taking blood samples was nice, but the receptionists don't know how to treat people. Why do they even put them in customer service?

I have visited this facility twice and both times sat in the waiting room listening to the ladies in back converse loudly about all kinds of personal things like having to pay back unemployment money, work evaluations, upcoming pay increases, etc…
They are far less interested in kind friendly greetings and customer service/satisfaction and more absorbed in their personal co-worker interactions. On a positive note- the blood draw has always been a breeze. They are good at that.

Candler Lab has the most Incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Not only once. But twice did they loose my blood work. Most recent was on Aug 10, 2021. Then when I called there to inquire. My PCP had even sent a request over without any results. They were so rude. I will never use this sorry lab again!!!
