I once again asked Chris to fix a couple more problems I had been pondering that I might attempt myself. But Chris has so much experience, he can readily assess what needs to be done, and gave me an estimate on the spot. When he came over to make the repairs, he got right to it. What really impresses me is that no matter what problem I present to him, he simply proceeds to fix it with such efficiency. He's been there, and done that.
