We used Brannem Construction for several years in The Landings..both as landlords and home owners. Wonderful company and reputable subs. We no longer live in the Savannah area but we use our decisions on new contractors based on Stephen's benchmarks. Since buying my property in 2000 Brannen has been the only contractor to do any work on it. That includes other trades such as electricians, painters, plumbers, etc., all of whom are either Brannen subs or personally recommended by Stephen Brannen himself. I no longer ask for a price quote (just a rough approximation) because I know the price charged will be just and fair. Stephen has ALWAYS been there for us including at 2 in the morning when we returned home to find a burst water pipe had been running for 7 days and nights. In summary: great work, great guy, great company.
