My DPT, Tom was excellent! He was dedicated, knowledgeable and empathetic. He was one of the best DPT I have seen. Back in MA, went to PT for 6 months. No real improvement, I had a significant fusion nearly my whole thoracic down to the Lumbar (L3). I also have 3 severe compression fractures - T12, T6 & T1. I made some small strides, first time in awhile!
If my insurance company would approve more visits - I would definitely go back. Unfortunately, my insurance said it is not medically necessary.

I recently completed my prescribed sessions in physical therapy at Benchmark and must say that it was the most comprehensive care in physical therapy I’ve ever received. My therapists, Lauren and Morgan were very supportive, professional and empathetic. They explained each exercise and its purpose. My treatment plan was adjusted to accommodate my level of pain. I really felt that they focused on me and my situation. I have completed my treatment plan and feel so much better for it. Thank you ladies and I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy.
I had to start physical therapy after an accident, and at the time, I could hardly walk. The care, training, and physical therapy I received at Benchmark PT was truly life changing. They helped me make real progress and walk better, even while still using a cane. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and the environment felt friendly and uplifting. It was a place where I could smile, laugh, and feel like myself again during a tough recovery. I highly recommend Benchmark PT to anyone looking for therapy and unsure of where to go.
