Hilary is amazing. I've been experiencing shoulder discomfort/pain for months. I've been using traditional massage therapy for a few months with gradual relief and improvement. I've always thought the tightness in my chest is the source of my shoulder issue. Hilary asked if I have any areas of concern. I mentioned my shoulder and hip left side. After a scan she started on my chest and said you are so tight in your chest. She spent quite a bit of time on my chest. I had an incredible feeling of release in my shoulder and hip after our session. I had sensations of release all through the night. My shoulder feels fantastic. She also gave me an exercise to do to help with my hip discomfort.
This review is long overdue for Hilary. She is so professional and has such a keen sense of sense of exactly what your body needs in order to help restore vitality and connection of body, mind and spirit. I've been seeing her consistently for the past few years as part of my practitioner team for complex illness and the results have actually been unbelievable. My recommendation is to give her a try. Her sessions are each completely customized to you and at the very, very least, it is a relaxing, zen-like experience. You will thank yourself later!
I have dealt with migraines for my entire adult life. After reading some studies that showed the efficacy of CST, I booked an appointment with Hilary to see if it helped, and it has! It’s been four months, and I haven’t had a migraine. We figured out that past physical trauma from when I used to ride horses (and fall off) was the likely culprit. The sessions not only helped with migraines, but with several other areas of my body, tension and blockages that I didn’t even know I had. I honestly have no idea how it all works, but the results speak for themselves. Hilary is very intuitive and her work has helped me feel a lot better. Definitely recommmend!
