Hilary is amazing.
I've been experiencing shoulder discomfort/pain for months.
I've been using traditional massage therapy for a few months with gradual relief and improvement.
I've always thought the tightness in my chest is the source of my shoulder issue.
Hilary asked if I have any areas of concern. I mentioned my shoulder and hip left side. After a scan she started on my chest and said you are so tight in your chest. She spent quite a bit of time on my chest. I had an incredible feeling of release in my shoulder and hip after our session. I had sensations of release all through the night. My shoulder feels fantastic.
She also gave me an exercise to do to help with my hip discomfort.
