This organization was a 10 star experience. The beginning of the process was seamless even though I, as the primary caregiver had very high expectations and needed help the same day. Reviewing as an employee, Assisting Hands has been so wonderful to work for. Ryan and Katherine care about hiring quality caregivers and supporting them every step of the way. They go out of their way to make the caregivers feel appreciated in a career that doesn't always receive appreciation. I haven't met any caregivers in the company that I haven't liked and they have all enjoyed working for Assisting Hands, as well. They are so kind, compassionate, and considerate.
