On Sept. 17 , 2022 we had lightning strike our chimney . It caused damage , and set fire to our chimney . The adjuster from State farm would only give us a quote to repair the roof damage and rebuild the chimney. We did not want the chimney rebuilt because we had the fireplace removed years ago. We contacted several roofers in the Kingsland area . Some did not respond, others gave outrageous quotes . I found Alpha Roofing in the Yellow Pages directory and TJ responded quickly and came out to survey the situation . He was forthright in listening to my request and the next day I had a quote . Needless to say , it was considerably less than the competition. The work was completed in a timely manner , the workers were top shelf and cordial .
