I have used this company on many occasions at different properties. Very knowledgeable technicians and always come in a timely manner. They do a great job with repairs, new installs and maintenance. The owner is a good dude too!
I had a leak coming from under my unit and the person I used for years wasn’t available. I work overseas and it’s always stressful trying a new company. Trying a new company comes with a sense of trust to make the issue go away, without any issues to follow. Taylor and Selena were the most helpful and dispatched Justin within hours of calling! Justin fixed the issue and caused the stress of further damage go away. I am so grateful for their outstanding service and professionalism to get the job done. Thank you once again!
Air Serv has been the most professional company I have dealt with in Georgia. They were polite and professional on the phone had were able to send employees out in less than 24 hours. Justin was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They did a thorough job and had the AC up and running in less than 15 minutes. Can’t recommend enough!
