Incompetent. This company has been to the house 5 times. Still no resolution. 4 different techs have given me 4 different answers on why they AC hasn't been working and yet 0 of them have been able to fix it in 6 weeks! Savannah summers are extremely hot and it's extremely unacceptable for the front desk to keep pushing us off when we've waited 6 weeks. I wish the next costumer good luck and to run to a competent company because this one is NOT IT!
