I called several companies before hiring Zoom Drain. Zoom was the only company whose explanation of my problem made sense. They came to my home, examine the problem, spent most of the day fixing the issue and only charged me for the cost of an initial visit. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
Gerald came out to run a camera down our drain line and completely exceeded expectations. He hit a tough spot (couldn't get the camera past a P-trap on the first visit) and instead of just giving up or padding the bill, he came back the next day with the right tool to get it done — 31 feet down the line, fully documented.
