We are a very satisfied customer of Zoom Drain. We had a clog in the storm water line in our yard - that caused backflow from our rainwater catch basin and our (and my neighbor’s) downspouts…..and significant water pooling in our yard.
Our technician Lockhart was awesome. He understood the problem completely. He explained how his camera and water jetting clean out tools could fix the problem. And he showed me as he went how the clog was identified, removed, etc..

Daryl and his partner showed up the same day as my call in for service/ evaluation. They carefully spent time at the house to discover what was causing my sink to stop draining water. They were able to locate the problem and fix it right away. Keeping my plumbing flowing and telling me exactly how to prevent such an event in the future. They adjusting the angles of my pipes as a preventative for standing water and debris as well. I know I can count on zoom drain to show up on time and do the right thing.
