I am honestly very saddened and disappointed with the service and products I received from Stush Beauty Lounge.I was supposed to be getting a custom color/custom hair extensions and what I got was a royal mess in my hair. These hair extensions caused me not to be able to sleep at all for the 3 days I had them in until I had to pay to get them taken out. I was having to take pain medication every day and night because it was so unbearable for me. It was causing swelling and what felt like bruising on my scalp all over. I was in need of silk press. I called and she welcomed me with no problem. I came to the shop and it’s beautiful. Just pure comfort the whole time. I’m so picky about my hair and have used the same stylist for over 10 years and this woman just made me her permanent client. My hair is so silky and smooth and just beautiful! I’m natural and she knew just how to handle my texture of hair. I loved the whole experience.

Larissa was amazing! Love my hair (lightened with balayage and got a healthy trim), and Larissa was a joy to spend a few hours with. Plus - she was the fastest anyone has ever done my hair, which usually takes much longer. Recommend!
