One of the worsts company and worst customer services I ever had in my life time. Tom Styer is the worst salesman or he is a racist one . Doesn’t matter how nice you are with him he will not serve you if you are color customers! We paid for multiple appliances in April 2022 and this is December still he is keep sending us wrong stuff and each time installation company is charging us for their trip 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡. October 2022 we have tried to cancel all the appliances but they won’t cancel one of the kitchen hood which is 30” because this is custom order as they are saying, so we agreed to take it with external blower. Still didn’t receive return funds of other appliances. In August they sent 36” kitchen hood which was wrong size, took long time to finalize to get a 30” hood and again installation guys received from Sewell’s 36” came to install! All the time myself and my husband nicely communicating with them so we can get the service but no luck! Since June we have been on the phone so many times about the status but again and again careless service!
