Great customer care, clean facility, amenities like face wipes and hair ties. I like the fruit bowl at the desk and that filtered/spring water is made available water. The saunas are extra hot and some rooms are more spacious than others. I leave here feeling healed and revived. The staff here is the best that Ive encountered. Tatiana from Midtown was up there too, with top tier service. Sandy Springs saved those of us who were left high and dry from Virgia Highland and Midtown abruptly closing.
The extra time given in the sauna. I love that!! Thank you. Gives me time to enjoy the sauna, take a shower and get dressed with conflicting with others appointments. The West Loop in Chicago does the same. My fav locations!
I have been coming to this location for a year and some change and I always love my time here! I would also love to give a huge shout out to Aireaunna and Ellie. They are both extremely helpful they have worked with me so much and they’re always soo kind, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been to other locations but the people here at the Sandy springs location are the best!!!
