I love coming here! Helps me relax and feel so much better coming out. You can change the lights and temps as you’d like and the people at the front are extremely helpful and full of information about the saunas.

I loved everything about the facility. I have a chronic pain condition and heat is about the only thing that’s guaranteed to help. Being able to add blue light (to ease anxiety) to my private sauna while watching David Attenborough and sipping on coconut water is total luxury.
