It’s always a breath a fresh air finding someone passionate about natural hair care. I was referred to Joy by my sister-in-law and I was so thrilled to have her blessed hands in my head. We did a wash & go for my first visit. It lasted a little over 2 weeks. To be fair, I could have gone another week but I wanted to get a service with her before heading back home. I tried two strand twists on my 2nd visit. I gave it a try since I’d never done it before. Her technique is impeccable and she’s really fast. Highly recommend checking her out if you’re looking for an amazing natural hairstylist in the Sandy Springs/Brookhaven/Dunwoody area.

Navigating the site is easy. I made a booking appointment and received and instant response from Joy. To make sure that my needs were accommodated, Joy reached out immediately and we found a better date and time slot so that I could receive all of the services that I need and still maintain a socially distanced experience.

I've been bringing my daughters (both have 4C hair) to Joy since they were in elementary school (prior to her age clause). She was referred by a close friend, so we use to drive down from Chattanooga before we relocated to Marietta. Now my daughters are 13 and 12. She is so thorough when it comes to the health of their hair and she doesn't use harsh hair products (very important to me). I also love the intimacy of her shop. Your appointment is JUST your appointment. I would definitely recommend her!
