Molly Maid provided excellent services to our family for 6 or 7 years. Late 2022, they didn't show up. No one answered the phone when I called to ask why, so I left a message. They didn't show up the next cleaning, either. No phone or email response. After a few months of no shows, I finally got hold of someone who said the post covid employment crunch had them too short-staffed. I replied that was understandable, but they should have at least notified me by any means at all. They said they didn't have enough people to staff the office.That's an absurd way to treat a long-standing customer.

They claimed to run a background check on me and would contact me the next week about employment. My background is clear so if I wasn’t a good fit that’s fine but in these times it’s just unprofessional to ghost people and waste their time following interviews.

Thorough cleaning, friendly and helpful staff. I love my clean house after they've come and gone!! Team #3 is very good, efficient, and care about the quality of their work. I use them weekly.
