So... My experience at Sandy Springs was above and beyond my experience at the Decatur location. The front desk hostess, Miss Birttany, EXEMPLIFIED customer service with a smile! The RN that performed my procedure was nice,.professional, thorough and delivered service with care! Her attention to detail was IMPECCABLE! Going forward, I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes out of my way to visit this location for my procedure due to the levwl.of care and customer service I received!
Brittany is amazing , so helpful . i called the day before my appointment to switch timing ; there was no availability but she said if there is a cancellation she’ll give me a call back . indeed she did and without seeing me before she greeted me warmly through the door . much appreciated
The Sandy Springs location has been my preferred location for quite some time. I really needed a sooner appointment, and the ladies were great about reaching out when appointments became available due to cancellations. I really wish I would have asked for their names, but I know I spoke with Brittany this past weekend regarding a sooner appointment, and she was wonderful.
All of the staff provide excellent customer service and they're friendly. The nurse who performed my laser treatment today was the best yet, little to no pain, super efficient, and she checked on me throughout the treatment.
