Worst place I've ever been for my mental health. They charge too much, don't answer calls or messages, don't refill medications amd WILL NOT write a 90 day prescription. They force you to see them every month. I am now currently so much worse than when I started. My anxiety is awful just like they are. Please save yourself and stay away. P.S. forget about getting your medical records..they refuse by just not sending them.

Dr Chadha was very attentive. She really listened to my concerns. She gave me several options and shared the risks and benefits of each. She suggested the treatments that would most benefit me and clearly explained the steps for them. She was very understanding and took into account the many aspects of my personal and social life. The appointment was very helpful and gave me clear direction as to how to proceed. I highly recommend Dr Chadha!

Anna Sturkie is amazing. My qualms are with the billing department. They continue to harass me via numerous phone calls, in spite of me telling them that I have severe phone anxiety and am unable to take calls during business hours due to the open nature of the office that I work in. Because of COVID, everything must be done over the phone or online. Initially, I was told that I would not have to pay out of pocket for anything because of my insurance. Well, three sessions later and I start receiving numerous calls where left voicemails instructing me to pay because they messed up. Fine. I went online and paid my balance through the portal. The day of my appointment, I receive multiple phone calls that I could not take. When I go to initiate my online appointment, I receive a chat notification from Alexis. They told me they had to cancel my appointment because I didn't call them to pay. I informed her that I did pay, and I sent a screenshot. She then tells me that I need to pay for the upcoming appointment BEFOREHAND. This is confusing to me because (1) I don't want to give out sensitive information over the phone - especially in a shared office space, and (2) they could easily bill me via the portal that I paid my outstanding balance through. I told Alexis this, and she dismissed everything and just said "policy-this" and that I could call (SERIOUSLY!?) her office supervisor if I want to. I just said "I'm good." I should've screenshot the entire interaction because it was just so unprofessional and rude. I tried to log back in to the portal to review the chat, but it looks like I may not be able to access it now. I honestly would rather remain untreated than continue to work with such unprofessional billing staff. This is a mental health facility, yet they can't even work with their patients who need accommodations. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be rescheduling with them.
