We stumbled across HM Patterson & Son and Arlington Chapel as it is the closest funeral home to our own home. We couldn’t have hoped for a more accommodating and helpful team to help us navigate the difficult, emotional time of addressing the work involved with the passing of a loved one. I just had a most gratifying experience at H.M. Patterson & Son—Arlington Chapel in Sandy Springs that I’d like to share.
I walked in hoping to have my dad’s ashes, which had been cremated approximately two years ago, transferred into an urn for burial. Ashley, Marshia, and Nancy handled my inquiry and request with the utmost professionalism, a wonderful sense of urgency, and genuine compassion.
They took care of everything promptly and thoughtfully, and our family is deeply grateful for their kindness and assistance. We extend our highest appreciation to all three of them for making what could have been a difficult process so seamless and comforting.
What a caring group of folks! We had a beautiful service here and we can’t say enough about how seamlessly everything went. Ashley was incredible and such a help and comfort to us during this time of grieving. What a difference she and the whole staff made for us as we navigated through how to best honor our lovely Mother.
