Dr. Scott I. Lampert and staff Michael Coe and Kelly have been wonderful to work with during my visit which consisted of pretty extensive tests and laser treatment Dr Lampert is very knowledgeable and accomplished doctor. One of the best doctors .
I saw Dr. Oh at Georgia Retina. His qualifications are impeccable. His bedside manner could use improvement. I have a swollen retina that apparently was a bad reaction to cataract surgery. First, he criticized my choice of light adjustable lenses. He said I should have opted for standard lenses. I was simply following the recommendation of my surgeon at North georgia eye associates. Then when I inquired about a new treatment undergoing clinical trials he blew that off by saying that 95% of drugs don't make through trials, I later learned that isn't true for ophthalmic drugs. The approval rate is 37%. Again, I'm confident he knows what he's doing but he needs empathy training.
Dr.Mukkamala and staff have been wonderful to deal with. A totally accomplished and professional doctor he has great bedside manner and customer engagement.
Been a pleasure to visit this practice.
