*Update*I finally had my surgery and I am a little over a month post op today(12/29/2022).The communication from the office staff is terrible apart from the coordinator. She always called me back when I left her a message. Dr. Lytle was my surgeon. He was great. My surgery went great and I have lost a total of 42 lbs since my pre op diet started on 10/31/2022. I had very minimal gas pain and no complications. The dietician Ricia has been so supportive. The worst part of this journey was definitely dealing with the office staff since they did not pick up their phones or communicate but the medical staff including Dr. Lytle, NP Beatrice, and dietician are all amazing. Went to see DR Gorjala for the first time around 4 or 5 months ago for my hiatal hernia which was causing almost constant reflux. This DR is the most amazing, professional and no nonsense doctor I have ever been too he new the problem i was having and exactly how to fix it. I just had surgery in which he repaired my hernia and also installed a Linx. The care he showed during the surgery was amazing. If you have gerd or literally any problem and you get refered to dr Gorjala rest assured you are about to be taken care of by one of the best doctors and medical staff in Atlanta!
