I gave three stars because the flowers were exactly what I ordered and were very pretty. Otherwise, it would've been one star. Wiles Florist was recommended, and I placed an order of flowers to be delivered with the Spray on the casket. All the flowers made it to the church, except mine!!! Mistakes do happen but take ownership!!! I spoke to Deborah with the florist and explained that the flowers were not at the church and the funeral was going to start in about 20 minutes instead of saying, how can I make this right? All she wanted to do was make sure I understood it is not "her" fault she repeated this Three or four times. I really didn't care whose fault it was. The flowers were not there. She didn't even offer to go get the flowers and take them to drive would've cost her about 45 minutes of her time did not offer again Complaining it was not her fault!! at the graveside. I spoke to the gentleman with the funeral home. He sent one of his man right away to go get the flowers and take them back to the fellowship hall. When we finish the graveside got back to the fellowship hall. The flowers were there. I don't know who made the era. I really don't care the flowers weren't where they were supposed to be. After I ask, I was reimbursed for the flowers not one time even then did Deborah say I wish I could've made it right I will think twice before I use them again. Luckily I have great friends and they understood that mistakes happen to.
