My barber was the only barber present on a Saturday and she was doing her best to handle the pressure of a heavy Saturday load but you could tell it was getting to her. She was a skilled barber but the guy ahead of me was too particular about his haircut. He consumed an hour of her time by constantly having her redo areas of his haircut. Plus she was enable to pull up notes and there was apparently a malfunction in the computer signing up customers. I felt for her as she struggled to finger best. One barber in a Saturday is uncalled for. Management needs to do a beefed job of preparing. If this continues I will have to find another barbershop.

Walked in, but they were very busy at that time. The girls had me sign up for a text alert when I could be fit in. It was super easy and convenient for me. Mary was friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair. I highly recommend the Great Clips in the Retreat Village in SSI.Service: Haircut
