Save your time and money. This lady is very old and has to google how to process certain things, she is not up to date at all. She didn't even know what was eligible for the electric vehicle credit. She seems stressed every single appt. While waiting, I heard her being rude with a couple because she had to do an itemization. That's her job! She has no digital capabilities, including signatures. An appt can easily last 2+ hours due to her being slow, having to figure out how to use a scanner or printer, and her prices are 2x most other places.
