1: Price; best I found around, and yes I looked. I am retired and have the time.
2. Quality: The carpet and padding were superior.
3. Installation: Seams, where, I cant find a one and I occasionally watched them, just to learn how it is done.
4. Customer Service: If this was judged on CS, I should have paid more. They are real people who care about you. You call, they know you without giving your name, CRAZY. They are not my friends, but they make me feel that way by their genuine kindness. You cannot put a price on it.
