She untangled my hair very gently with her fingers (not with a comb or brush!) after the highlights, and I never felt my hair yanked out like I've felt at other salons. Alexandra was also very meticulous when applying the highlights, and my hair looks blended and natural and the color is just right. The hair cut is great too.
