I’ve been working with Ami from KTI for quite some time now, and it has always been a pleasure. We have stumbled onto a couple of unpleasant situations e.g not picking up a load for mechanical/technical reasons but Ami has always been very professional and understanding of the situation. Very good shippers and receivers, never had any issues with set appointments or pickup numbers.
We do some dedicated lanes for bunch of other brokers and in the last year almost 90% of the brokers have reduced the rate on us. Only Ami has kept the original rate and mind you the lane in question is a VERY high demand lane and the rate is more than appropriate.

Ami is one of the most proffesional brokers I worked in the last 16 years of transportation business. Loads as described, always answering the phone, pay on time...!! Recommend!!

They have gone above and beyond on several occasions when a shipper/receiver doesn’t do their job and they get it taken care of very quickly and efficiently.
