I would literally never trust any other groomer with my dog. Ken & his team are always so sweet to the dogs & will laugh off their crazy antics. You can tell they really love the dogs and just want to make them as comfortable as possible during their grooming. He also has a very generous stamp card loyalty system!
Ken did such a great job, and was very professional! I had called Friday around midday hoping to get an appointment for the weekend, and they fit us in first thing Saturday morning. It was a quick and easy process, and she was ready to go in just a few hours. We will definitely be coming back!
Ken is great with grooming my goldendoodle, Ollie. Ollie had a bad grooming experience years ago and is terrified of the groomer. But he is so much calmer and at ease when I take him to Tsuru. I love that they only groom a few pets at a time so he’s not there all day long. He always looks great too!
