Birds did a serious number on my truck today. Pulling up to the prewash, Shawn didn’t miss a beat and took extra time with the pressure washer and brush to ensure I had a clean truck after. His customer service was excellent. Above and beyond. Thanks Shawn.
I had just return from travel and my car was loaded with bugs on the grill. Staff was incredible. They went the extra mile to clean my car up. Thanks to Sean and the rest of the tidal team. Great job!
I’ve been a clean club member at this location since they opened years ago. The staff gives my car extra attention before going through the motorized wash when needed. For instance, this last week a Winter bird migration left my car spotted with hundreds of gross spots. Sean and his 2 mates not only pressure washed it, but sponge bathed and brush mopped my car. Not to mention it was 30 degrees outside! I don’t know if my little 350Z has ever looked so good. Thanks guys for your attention to detail and kindness! I’ll continue to be a member here as long as I live nearby.
