Received exceptional service. Older black gentleman at the prep area did great. He put more effort into the prep than I had seen in a long time in the last few years of me going to this location. Nice to know there are still people out there that take their job seriously.
Best customer service of all the car washes in the Roswell/Alpharetta area.. I have been a member since they opened and they went to a new level of customer service and crisis readiness. I locked my keys in the car and had no communications to get help.. The guys had a car door tool and took the time to rescue me in a dire situation. Saved me a couple hundred dollars and hours of lost time. Truly appreciated the extra effort. Customer as long as im in the area.
