Appt. with Dr. Heit and assistants was excellent. Confusion arose at checkout when I was advised I had to make another appt. for a scan which Dr H. said was already done so I wouldn't have to drive 50 miles back just for a scan.
Other than having to wait thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment time, they did an amazing job with everything - the process/explaining/printing out prescription/checking insurance. I would recommend.
We took my elder father to Thomas eye group and he was struggling walking into facility when the manager Daniel Winn on his own initiative went to get us w a wheel chair and he took dad all way back to see doctor and out to my car afterwards. When we went back for a follow up, again Daniel recognized us and went to help get dad a wheel chair. After the appointment he even helped me get my car out as another customer had parked so close I couldn’t open the door. Daniel went above and beyond to help me w my dad and it was so nice being recognized again at our follow up. Such outstanding care and service. Not to mention Dr Heit did a miracle laser on my dads cataracts...read full review
