I give this company 4 stars only because I had some issues during the installation and after it was done. Fortunately Mr. Scott took care of everything until I was 💯 percent satisfied. The roof looks great, they used a good quality material.
We used Roofer Direct after Helene to repair roof and shingle damage. They worked directly with the insurance company to make sure the insurance would cover everything that needed to be done. That saved me enormous time and effort. They did the job perfectly and recently came back to help me find a small leak issue that was separate from the prior repair. They are good people to work with, and they do what they say.
I’d recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely took great care of me and had the best customer service around. They provided a fast estimate and did everything they said they would do.
