I am giving this company this rating because they don't follow-through on anything! I have asked for something to be replaced that was their error when I purchased my home and the issue still remains unfixed! When you're are paying so much money for a home, you expect top quality and I did not get that with this company. They actually told me during a final walk through when I expressed my disappointment on how certain things were not perfect (painting, installation of things, etc..) their response to me was; well you know not everything can be perfect! I love my Stonecrest home. Charles Heiser and his staff are professional and constructed a quality home. My townhouse feels more like a single family resident as opposed to a townhome. The design is modern and accommodates entertaining. Keith, Charles' right-hand-man, is superlative and is always willing to help. The couple of issues I had with my home we handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Stonecrest Homes.
I honestly have to say the quality of my townhouse built by Stonecrest is exceptional!!!! From the design features to the structure itself, I cannot be more impressed.
