I just closed today and Brian worked with me through every step of the process. It was my first loan of this type and he was sure to explain things that were new to me and was 100% available when I had questions.

I don't do a lot of reviews but Sillman Private Lending did such a great job I had no choice but to. it's amazing on how knowledgeable and understanding Brian is. He really knows his stuff. He communicated with us through the whole process made sure we were in complete understanding. The process was straight forward and simple. We could not be happier with Sillman lending. We definitely will use them again on the next project.

Silliman Private Lending has been great to work with. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the fact that there were some hiccups at the very end. However, these hiccups will NOT detour me from using them again. Working with Brian was great. He was very knowledgable & upfront and took accountability for the mistakes at the end and assured me smooth closings from here on out. Highly recommend using them!
