I made a short-notice appointment for a haircut/refresh to my “blah” long hair. Kym really took her time getting to know me, my hair, my styling routine (or lack of lol) and my capabilities before we got started looking at inspo pics and talking about how much styling would be needed to achieve the looks shown. After settling on the cut and style, she was so gentle and explained everything as she worked. I love the way it came out, and I would definitely recommend Kym to anyone!
