Love this place! The veterinarians and vet techs are all very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and caring. They take the time to discuss options, answer questions and provide very helpful insight to ensure you feel confident that you have a good idea of how to best support your pet. My dog is a rescue and has a lot of fear and anxiety around vet visits. RVA's fear free approach has made it so much easier for my dog and I. Dr Rosenthal was my first dog's vet (starting in 2014 or 2015 I think). I have a one year-old standard poodle that we have taken to see Dr. Rosenthal since he was a small puppy. From maintenance and preventative care to sick visits, we have always had a five star experience. The staff is incredibly patient, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Today we saw Dr. Lily for a sick visit. She too was just wonderful with my sweet boy. He is on the mend and already feeling better. I am so thankful! Veterinary care can be pricey. That is just the nature of the beast, but I always feel the charges that we have incurred have been fair and warranted. Absolutely love RVA! One of my dogs has a fear of the vet (ever since she had to get fluids at our old one), and when we moved to Roswell finding a vet that allows “happy visits” was key. After many “happy visits” over the last 5 months my pup has gone from grumbling at the staff and not wanting them to touch her at all to getting excited to see her favorites and wanting all the pets and treats! She really loves Brittany (front desk) and Erica (vet tech), and today was the first time she was actually comfortable around the vet (Dr. Rosenthal)!
