Really enjoyed our experience with Ranney Blair. Excellent communication with us throughout the process, which is rare with most contractors. We knew the schedule, who would be at our house and when, and Darius (our project manager) was very communicative with any questions/concerns/changes. Highly recommend them ….and I am very picky. ?

Working with Ranney Blair has been an absolute pleasure! Each member of their team was, professional, prompt, responsive and kind (kind matters to me). This applies to the initial phone call with the Project Consultant right down to the subs that came out and did the work. Our Designer had creative ideas and really helped bring our vision to life. Lastly our Project Manager was there everyday to oversee and keep things moving. As with any home renovation there were some bumps along the way but the guys at Ranney Blair handled each situation with ease and grace and went out of their way to insure that we we were pleased and satisfied. I cannot speak highly enough about Ranney Blair and our PM Darius. Really, the entire staff (Justin, Brett, and Dar), everyone we came into contact with was great. From our initial meeting, design consultations, project walks, to the final walk, we had a great experience. They completed a major renovation that included removing a significant amount of exterior wall and adding additional space for our kitchen off the rear of our house. The project moved very quickly and was completed over 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Darius was quick to reply and answered every question that came up.
