I was out of town and suffering from a bad cold with congestion in my chest. I went to this Piedmont urgent care and was very happy with the cleanliness of the place and the kindness shown from all the staff. I was pleased. They had an x-ray machine there and I got the results within 20 to 30 minutes. they also gave me a breathing treatment and medication. There wasn’t a long wait it wasn’t too crowded. Quan was especially attentive to me and took very good care of me. I’m glad to know this clinic is near my daughter‘s home so anytime I come visit I know where to get help. Thank you to the doctor and everyone there.
My daughter needed a wound checked and from the front desk (Tamika) to our nurse who did our triage (Ida) and our doctor (Dr. Dennis) everything was great. They were upbeat and kind! There was a wait but that’s to be expected at an urgent care. We will definitely use this location again
On 12/6/25, my husband went to Piedmont Urgent Care to get his Medical Card updated because the system change and he couldn’t renew his license. Shouting out Temeka, Megan and PA Jordan for showing Us nothing my love patience and compassion because my husband was nervous that He had to redo his DOT physical exam because the doctor that did his last Physical was out of the country. Thank You all for helping Us accomplish what We needed to because it’s how We take care of our family. Until next year and I recommend Piedmont Urgent Care for ALL Truck Driver’s DOT Physical because the service is 10 out 10. Thank You All🙏🏾❤️💯
