We had a Cisco switch go out - likely power supply. It was the main switch to which all devices and our Mirakl Wi-Fi was attached. Fortunately, we had another switch of the same type which had been used for a cloud based phone service that we had discontinued a few years ago, Brian, who had been to our office when we moved into it, had taken photos of our network rack at that time. He had them on file and referenced them during my call. He was able to walk me though re-cabling everything to the spare switch and test to be sure we were OK. Thanks for the guidance! Everyone at mPowered IT is always very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!! I usually work with Alex or Mario but regardless of the tech, I always get a very quick call or resolution to my problem or question. They all are very patient and professional and take all the time needed (and they truly care) to correct the issue. I even occasionally need to drop off or pickup a laptop from their office, and all are very welcoming and helpful. Love working with them! Highly recommend this company!!!
