I would give zero if that would be an option. I had scheduled appointment on Friday at 10am. Day before received two confirmation emails. At 10am on Friday no one showed up, at 10:25am I called phone number from website, straight to voicemail, left voicemail with question. At 11am still no one showed up and no phone call with any information. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have had Magic Clean take care of all our residential cleaning for over 5 years. They provide outstanding service each time they take care of us! They have cleaned our carpets, furniture and our dryer vent; all with great pride. Their work speaks for itself! I'll keep them coming back!

Have used Magic Clean for several years and once again two weeks ago. Mike and Brandon did a very thorough professional job on my carpet and a faux suede recliner (they got out soy sauce stains from carpet...unbelievable!!) Always considerate and careful with my furnishings. Plan on getting them back after first of next year to take care of some other cleaning issues.
