I wanted to write about a wonderful visit we had with our cat at The Mabry Animal Hospital. Dr. Hobby, Jeanette, Brandi and the rest of the staff were fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were treated respectfully and most important, our cat was treated with 100% care. Although no other animals were in the waiting room Brandi took us back to a room to wait for Dr. Hobby. She immediately let us know that our cat could come out of his kennel and they even had a scratching post that he was welcome to use. Within 2 minutes, she returned to let us know that Dr. Hobby was finishing up with another patient and would be in to see us shortly. As soon as Dr. Hobby entered the room, we felt at ease. She is a wonderful person who obviously cares for animals. She amazed us by knowing in detail our cat’s previous history, which in itself showed how much she cares. This was then followed by the way she handled our cat, with only kindness. Jeanette assisted and she too was very kind and caring with our cat. He is a good boy and very well mannered, and they handled him easily as if he were their own cat. They took him into another room to draw his blood and within a few minutes he returned and we were told he is a very easy patient. The following day, Dr. Hobby herself called me to check on our cat and to let us know that thankfully, he is in great health, to which we were extremely excited to hear. We feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic and vet.
