I am rating LawnSouth 4 stars ONLY because of our current manager, Jackson Martinez. He is GREAT. BEFORE HE CAME, we were dissatisfied with LawnSouth, who acquired our old provider — didn’t do the minimal work we requested (and were paying for) didn’t plant our spring flowers until mid June (despite promising them in April and billing us weeks before they were planted), and managed to turf our entire lawn by mowing it when wet. All while hiking our monthly charge. Jackson has COMPLETELY turned the relationship around. He is attentive, knows landscaping really well, and always has good advice to offer. We had our leaf covered lawn cleaned up by the team at Lawn South and they did a wonderful job. Our home has several trees that drop leaves in the fall and it had become a challenge for us to manage ourselves. We really appreciated the time and effort that their team took and it's now looking much better. We'll be calling them soon to help lay down some new grass seed!
