I had an open MRI on my back on 2/13/24. The girls that work there are amazing. Caring, friendly and treated me with the utmost respect. They made the whole experience enjoyable. The facility was extremely clean. The room where the open MRI was located had been decorated in a way that was very relaxing and peaceful. I won't go anywhere else for any future MRI's I may need.
OMG. For a person who’s claustrophobic and has BAD ANXIETY, this place was HEAVEN ! They made my experience so amazing . I was able to have my fiancé and daughter right beside me . They played music and made me feel so comfortable. The open mri is so much better than the closed one for people like me .
The lady was very sweet and accommodating. They ask me what kind of music I wanted to hear and they made it loud enough for me to hear over the machine it was very quick and easy great place!!!
