“Sheri is AMAZING! I found her just by doing some light research, but her good reviews are what made me call her initially. I always do lots of research before picking a professional of any sort, but Sheri was my first go to and let me tell you why- I called her because her reviews almost seemed too good to be true. She quickly returned my call and gave me so much information on the phone. She wasn’t hiding anything, she was very up front with the process and science behind electrolysis. She was able to schedule me immediately into her calendar! My first appointment was just as good! I thought I was going in to talk about the process, then have to come back a week later, but nope! Sheri sat me down, explained the same information she did to me on the phone again in person, and ask questions about me. After that, she took me in for the treatment. During the electrolysis, she explained what she was doing and showing me what she saw along the way. It was amazing service, let alone for the initial visit! A year later, and I’ve been seeing her every week since! She is just as knowledgeable and professional as she was the first day I met her! She is continually teaching me about the process and doing an amazing job! She is knowledgeable, professional, super kind, and fair with her pricing and times! I often find that I have to overexplain to a lot of threaders what I am looking for as they often take too much hair off then try to correct it with a tint or brow pencil.
