Very skilled, hands on personal training. Highly recommend. My daughter is recovering from ACL surgery. Jason’s 1on 1 training is spot on. Wish we had found them sooner.
The team at Full Stride Performance is 2nd to none. Their ability to not only push the athletes to improve their performance but also care for them as human beings is really awesome to see. If you have a son or daughter that is serious about getting better at their sport and you want to make sure, as a parent, they are around good people in this process then this is the place to be
