I found a leak in my bathroom ceiling and called Dr Roof. They came out and put a tarp over the roof and came back the next day and fixed the leak. Very professional, courteous, and explained the problem. I would definitely recommend them.
A large limb from a 300 year old white oak slammed onto our roof on a windy Sunday night, smashing our large skylight and sounding like an explosion. The whole house shook. I was able to get a hold of Drew Deal at Dr Roof immediately, who calmed me down and showed up promptly the next morning to inspect the damage, drag the limb off the roof, and let me know that the skylight was double-paned and would hold until the replacement arrived (even though it was completely shattered and looked looked like it would fall into my kitchen/keeping room at any moment.) This is a company that I recommend highly. I had a small leak after having two other roofers to try to fix the problem. A Dr. Roof adviser came out and immediately noticed that the last company had damaged shingles above what they repaired. He gave me a fair price for repairing not only that damage but another spot that needed fixing as well. They were willing to do a small job to help me without trying to sell me a whole new expensive roof.
