I found a leak in my bathroom ceiling and called Dr Roof. They came out and put a tarp over the roof and came back the next day and fixed the leak. Very professional, courteous, and explained the problem. I would definitely recommend them.
A large limb from a 300 year old white oak slammed onto our roof on a windy Sunday night, smashing our large skylight and sounding like an explosion. The whole house shook. I was able to get a hold of Drew Deal at Dr Roof immediately, who calmed me down and showed up promptly the next morning to inspect the damage, drag the limb off the roof, and let me know that the skylight was double-paned and would hold until the replacement arrived (even though it was completely shattered and looked looked like it would fall into my kitchen/keeping room at any moment.) The quote for roof repair and skylight replacement was so much more affordable that I had imagined- way under my deductible- so surprising. A week later - exactly when they he promised, my roof was repair and the new skylight installed- and the smashed skylight did hold up the entire week. These folks know what they are doing! I can’t give them a high enough rating!
