My main feeling when reading the other reviews about Elizabeth is, "Ditto!!" I have been both a practitioner and a recipient of holistic health care, bodywork, and intuitive healing for 25 years. Elizabeth is one of the best people and practitioners I have worked with. She is a fantastic listener, so easy to be with, a safe space, very intuitive, highly skilled and experienced, grounded, holds excellent boundaries, effective at achieving desired results, gives excellent advice for at home care, and she also reminds me to let healing be more easy, gentle, and fun, which I have often forgotten due to years of dealing with pain and chronic health concerns. Her work has been tremendously helpful and empowering in my journey to heal endometriosis and sacral pain. I am feeling so much better and know now that my body can heal even the most stubborn of issues. I am very grateful to have been led to her work and highly recommend her to anyone.

Her years of devotion to understanding the intricacies of the human body (including her own) allow her to intuitively guide to problem areas with ease. From being able to troubleshoot her own personal issues, she's gained firsthand knowledge of how to work with various bodies in a genuine holistic approach. Her decades of curiosity and learning from other cultural modalities has allow her to integrate various techniques that are not so common in the west. This provides a unique blend of healing that I have personally not found anywhere else. She truly has a unique gift that is worth experiencing. My sessions with Elizabeth have been transformative and the effects have literally provided me with long term relief, which I haven't found with other modalities or practitioners. Elizabeth is an incredible practitioner with a wide range of skills that cannot be overstated. I've been seeing her for abdominal massage regularly over the last 4 months and the experience has been life changing. I've gone from cycle pain that's had me bent over on the floor (currently have a dermoid cyst) every month to having about 10 to 20 minutes of total pain across my 5 day cycle. I should also mention that my cycle has shortened from 7 to about 5 days in the time we've been working together. I just had an ultrasound to follow up on the cyst and I'm feeling optimistic about the outcome(s) giving all the positive changes so far. No matter what happens, Elizabeth has not only given me the gift of relief from some of what ails me, but she's also educated me deeply on a variety of things I can do to assist in bringing my issues to a resolution. She's an incredible teacher and counselor and empowers you to take ownership of your experience will gently guiding you through the process. I'm forever grateful!
