Edit, the company called me and is sending out another tech to give the service that I should have had. Plus going to comp the next service. That's the way to do it! Not at all happy with the service from this company. They bought the company that I was happy with and I have had trouble with them for the past year. My technician did my quarterly service in less than 4 minutes and then sat in his car for more than 15 minutes. My house is on the bigger side so this is unacceptable! Honestly, not even sure how he made it in less than 4 minutes. Glad I've got cameras around my house so I have the proof. I've been waiting on a manager to call me back since 8 am of last Wednesday. Not a good way to treat customers.
