My service technician David Duttonperformed at a high level, he taught me a thing or two about ants and other critters, very professional and courteous........ as for the office customer service, I can't get them to resolve or call me back on a bill that I have already paid.Service: General pest inspection

This is probably the best service I have ever experience. Derek was kind, listened to my concerns addressed them and walked me through the work that was done when completed. Brittany the customer service person was also equally kind and helpful. Overall their service is King.

Not the best company since rentokil bought active pest control. they are very difficult to get a hold of when there are issues with service. However our technician James and Kim on the billing team have provided OUTSTANDING service!
